Toy Factory, developed by Lanterra Developments was the former headquarters of the Irwin Toy Company. The original turn-of-the-century building is 4-storey’s and a block-long, and has been updated with three new storeys of glass and steel above the historic façade. New amenities and state of the art technology were added to support the 214 residential condominium units. The renocation included the lobby,, all corridors and suite entries, the amenity rooms and related lighting schemes, as well as creating the standard and upgrade finish packages.
