The Lakeview Village Master Plan is a 177-acre community that promises a dynamic community, resort-like lifestyle, and proximity to all that one needs. Awarded the distinguished 2022 National Urban Design for excellence in sustainability, the future-forward development adheres to world-leading standards for a healthier human experience.

An on-site exhibition hall was proposed to share the ethos of this multi-developer vision—aptly called Lakeview Village Discovery Centre. The interior reflects the significance of our connection with land and water based on Indigenous learnings, acting as a robust canvas for each developer to engage the public in the story of each development.

The first floor is dedicated to builders’ exhibitions, with a crafted table display for the site model and content about the area’s development. This space doubles as a community social event space and highlights interactive work by Toronto’s contemporary artists. The second floor celebrates the scenic waterfront views, green roof, and more digital art. Inspired by the Indigenous culture’s connection to land and water, the Lakeview Village Discover Centre offers a serene environment where people meet, learn about the development, and envision life along the waterfront.
