Introducing 101 Spadina, a new chapter in the vibrant fabric of Toronto, serving as a nucleus to the city accessible from all directions. This project embraces the surrounding Fashion and Garment District’s storied past, inspiring a weaving of timeless style and sartorial elegance into every aspect of our design. The interior reflects the architecture – flowing arches, and a natural stone colour palette, alongside complimenting textures. Suites provide an elevated living experience for residents, and an extensive amenity program caters to a range of lifestyles. On The rooftop is the jewel atop the crown, with a wraparound terrace and private dining area for spectacular views across the city. This project is unlike any other and serves as a beacon for the future of downtown Toronto.
