Named in honour of legendary restaurateur Michael Carlevale, whose vision helped shape Toronto’s dining culture and inspired generations of chefs and restaurateurs, the space is both a tribute and an invitation. Inspired by the sunlit vineyards and rolling hills of Italy, it is a sanctuary where handcrafted details, warm golden tones and refined materials create an atmosphere of quiet luxury. A bespoke veneered table anchors the room, while rich blue leather seating and artisan finishes encourage conversation that lingers long after the final course.
