Inspired by the imagined history of an Italian town and the rituals that have shaped its culture for generations, the restaurant unfolds as a richly layered journey. Guests pass through an amber glass portal into a world of hand-poured terrazzo, wine-soaked hues, sculptural furnishings and bespoke craftsmanship, where every material and detail has been chosen to awaken the senses. The warmth of leather, the glow of polished stone, the rhythm of service and the aroma of exceptional cuisine come together to create an atmosphere that feels both timeless and alive.
At SAMMARCO, design becomes part of the dining experience, inviting guests to slow down, savour the moment and lose themselves in a story that is as unforgettable as the meal itself.
