Upper West Side Condos embrace a design inspired by a blend of local countryside scenery and upscale city living. Reclaimed brick has been masterfully manipulated with precision to create a vertical landscape across the lobby, mirroring the rolling hills. Parallel to this are rolling speckled globes which bring the ceiling height to a more intimate level while radiating a soft ambient light accentuating the statement brick wall to its side.
The amenities program, located primarily on the ground level, was conceived as a lifestyle-inspired oasis where residents could socialize, exercise, and unwind. The space features a social lounge, co-working area, party room with chef-inspired kitchen, and fitness center, catering to the diverse needs and expectations of modern urban dwellers.
Throughout the first-floor amenity spaces suspends a collage of layered globes, resembling the clouds in the sky above. These clusters are also carried to the experience of each passerby, giving the effect of a continuous landscape.
