National Post – Model: Looks for Cooks
The sales office for Motif, a condo/townhouse project, has come a long way from its former days as a mechanic and electrical supply shop. Located on restaurant-and-bar-heavy Ossington Avenue, the trendy area inspired Dan Menchions’ design for the sales centre, which features a bathroom and two kitchens. (The charcoal grey is an example of what you might get with the townhouses; the more colourful one is available in the condos.)
