Internationally renowned, II BY IV DESIGN was founded in 1990 by partners Dan Menchions and Keith Rushbrook. Both Dan and Keith dreamed of a creative firm that was deeply rooted in design and guided by a passion for constant innovation.

REVIT/BIM
II BY IV DESIGN is a fully integrated Revit studio with a diverse background of creative and technical abilities. Our studio delivers designs in Revit to enable efficient delivery of building design, construction, and operations.
Since 2017, our studio has worked in Revit with a refined BIM execution plan, with projects led by our in-house BIM Manager. We engage the design and technical teams across all consultant teams early in the project lifecycle. BIM models streamline our projects for success, saving clients unnecessary labour and material costs.
With dozens of development projects in Revit, our proven process ensures the team is equipped to produce working drawings with the highest level of detail to meet and exceed construction standards.
