Royal Bayview, a refined residential community overlooking the historic Ladies’ Golf Club of Toronto. Set within a serene enclave just outside the city, the two-tower development offers an elevated living experience shaped by light, craftsmanship and connection to landscape.
From the outset, our design approach centred on honouring the legacy of the Ladies’ Golf Club, established in 1924 as the only facility in North America created by women for women. This heritage inspired a design language that blends tradition with contemporary luxury, resulting in calm, elegant interiors that feel rooted in place.
We shaped the double-storey glass vitrine lobby to frame the landscape, introducing sculptural curves and refined materials that echo the natural topography. Across the amenity levels, over 9,000 sq ft of wellness-focused spaces—including the pool, fitness zones and multi-use lounges—were designed to feel like an extension of home. Natural light, curated local art and a soft, nature-inspired palette create a serene, membership-style atmosphere throughout.
