November 2025 – Excellence Magazine highlights Chateau Auberge as the defining landmark of the Auberge on the Park community, showcasing our design vision at II BY IV DESIGN. We crafted the interiors to balance European elegance with the warmth and ease of a boutique hotel, using soft palettes, natural materials, and sculpted, organic forms that echo the adjacent parkland. A soaring glass-wrapped lobby, bespoke art, and a holistic suite of wellness amenities establish an atmosphere of calm sophistication. For us, the project represents luxury living shaped through craftsmanship, serenity, and a seamless connection between architecture, interior design, and nature.
